God’s Word makes it clear to set aside Sabbath time to worship God. Here at Montrose Zion, worship is at the heart of what we do, because worship is where God changes hearts. Our Sunday mornings also include educational classes for people of all ages, so that God can transform our minds as well as our hearts. Worship
Worship is meant to be inspirational. Inspiration happens when we are touched by God’s Spirit. Here at Montrose Zion, through Biblical preaching, inspirational music, and a spirit of joy and thanksgiving, we hope you will be touched by the Holy Spirit and draw closer to God through worship.
We hold our worship service at 10:00 am. The music is a wonderful mix of historic hymns of the Christian faith, featuring primarily the piano and organ and modern Christian Music – the songs you hear that are sweeping the nation today. Our talented choir adds their voices to help us praise our God.

Christian Education
Opportunities for Christian education abound. Our Sunday School hour is at 11:00 am, and we offer a wide variety of adult classes. You’ll be sure to find a class that meets your interests and needs! We also hold classes for children and youth during this hour. Both programs are designed to be both educational and fun.
We also hold “Children’s Church” during the 10:00 am worship service. Children whom their parents deem too young for the main worship service are welcome to join us for fun and learning in children’s church!
Nursery Care
Please know that during the worship service, as well as 11:00 am Sunday School, your young children can be cared for in our nursery by loving caregivers. Each parent who leaves a child in the nursery is given a beeper so that you can be paged, allowing you that extra assurance in leaving your child in our care.
